Last year I had a terrible time with my teeth, 8 root canals and 2 more this year. I have worked in the dental feild for 9 years practicing Cosmetic dentistry so I knew all the signs of what was going on in my mouth and what needed to be done. I have a Dentist who refuses to remove my teeth. Anyway, a friend of mine told my about Food Grade Iso 3% Distilled water, I have been using now for about 2 months and I can relly feel the difference in my mouth. I have always been the type of person to floss after every meal, brush 3 times a day and refused Floride alawys. I don't understand to this day how my teeth could have gone so bad in a short 8 months. Could it have been stress? I am basically a Vegetarian, not vega. Who knows? I have my teeth under control now I hope, plus I have been going for Cranial sessions for my mouth which took away a tooth ache I was having recently in tooth # 47. I was so afraid I was looking at another root canal which would have been #9. I have also just received the Holistic tooth chart and it is amazing what organs and glands our teeth are attached to, really it worrys me. Anyway, I will continue to use the Iso 3% and distilled water. If anyone else has any suggestions they would be welcomed Greatly, as for the rest of me I am in good shape. Have an Awesome Day Debby |

You might want to try the protocol I use obtained from Dr. Judd. 1) Brush your teeth with bar soap. 2) Rinse your mouth out with water after eating. 3) Rebuild your gums by mixing one-teaspoon ascorbic acid and one half-teaspoon baking soda in a cup of one inch water. When it quits fizzing, drink slowly. Do this two to three times daily. 4) Should you have abscesses rinse your mouth out slowly with grain alcohol. Should they cause you any pain, repeat often until the pain stops. (I use vodka without drinking it.) Experience after 10 weeks doing this protocol: I have gapping holes in four of my molars which the dentist wanted to fill as well as root canals which I’ve found are not beneficial to one’s health, same as amalgam fillings. When they become abscessed and begin to hurt, I use the vodka and quite often overnight, the pain is gone. My gums are growing and my teeth have never been as white as they are now nor have they ever felt this clean. I’m sure the teeth will also re-grow and fill in over time. I’ve not been to a dentist since I began this protocol. Tracy |

Hello Tracey Can you please tell me the benifits I would get from useing bar soap and what kind should I use? I just had tooth # 47 removed last week because I didn't want another root canal. Plus last week I had a root canal done on # 16 only because it is part of my bridge. I know it was needed and know how to read the xrays as I worked in the industry for many years. Help Debby |

According to Dr. Judd, bar soap cleans the teeth without leaving a film unlike commercial toothpaste. Most any soap is okay. It's the film that holds the germs to the teeth causing them to break the enamel resulting in carries. After talking with Dr. Judd on the phone, we discussed grain alcohol with it having the lowest amount of dynes at 40. I've since found out for myself I no longer have to visit any dentist when I get an erupting abscess. I immediately begin rinsing my mouth every hour with Vodka. This will kill the abscess over night. Also according to Dr. Judd, the gums can easily be re-grown as well as the teeth re-enamalized by taking one teaspoon of ascorbic acid mixed with one half teaspoon baking soda in one inch of distilled water a few times a day and water soluble calcium while at the same time avoiding fluoride. I use WaterOz water soluble calcium. I still have 4 large holes at the gum line and they are slowly filling up. Since I began this program three months ago, I at first had numerous toothaches in all four teeth and the pain was eliminated as prescribed. In the last month, I’ve not experienced any more toothaches nor have I seen a dentist. Tracy |

Hello Tracysway I have been doing your receipe with my teeth for about a week now. I have a tooth that is in need of a root canal, it wakes me up every night so I use the vodka rinse and the pain goes away. As for the absorbic acid and baking soda it does not taste very good but I'll keep doing it anyway. I sure hope this works as I have tried everything else. can you e-mail me privately? dklaver4@shaw.ca Thank-You Debby |
